Salon Policies

All first time guests booking services that exceed 2 hours are required to pay a $75 non-refundable deposit and have card on file. Deposits may be paid with Venmo, CashApp, all major credit cards or invoiced direct to you. The deposit is only good for the specific appointment, date and time originally requested. Any cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit and could result in card on file being billed for any balance owed after the deposit is applied.

I understand that color services are billed at an hourly rate of $125 and it may require more than 1 salon visit to achieve my look. I understand my $75 non-refundable deposit will be applied to the appointment date and time originally scheduled. Any cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in card on file being billed for any remaining balance after the deposit is applied.

Cancellation Policy

Upon booking your appointment you’re agreeing to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time and “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the service total. All cancellation fees need to be paid in full prior to making another appointment.
